Lymphedema isn’t even on most people’s radar, but it’s a condition that’s serious and greatly impacts the lives of those afflicted. Patients with lymphedema experience swelling in one or more limbs due to a buildup of lymph fluids. If you’ve undergone surgery where your lymph nodes were damaged or removed, it’s possible lymphedema will result.

Other patients will experience lymphedema even without having their lymph nodes removed. Some patients are born without lymph nodes or their lodes somehow become impaired. Our team’s training will help them detect issues and provide the proper intervention for patients with lymphedema.
